About

Resolve

-Do you wonder why you can’t get past certain things? -Do you find yourself second-guessing your actions, wondering what people think of you? -Is your anxiety and self-doubt keeping you from living your best life? -Are you struggling to find meaning and purpose after a life transition, divorce, graduation, relocation, Empty Nest? - Are you tired of the exhaustion that is anxiety? -Are you willing to take the step and possibly give up what you know, or is familiar, or what has become a habit to get closer to where you want to be? We often have to step out of our comfort zone, challenge what we think we know, be curious to try a unique ‘lens’ or approach to achieve a different, more desirable result. I have spent over 20 years guiding people of all ages through change, whether it is coping with or adjusting to change or making changes in their lives. I know that taking that first step can be confusing, daunting and difficult, so too, can maintaining the status quo. Resolve to Resolve; make a firm decision to deal more successfully with your struggle, to make clear and understandable, that which impacts your story, and resolve or change it. " It was time to take action, to change her own story, to take life into her own hands." - Author: Lisa Berne I take a more holistic approach, addressing not only the mind-body connection, incorporating mindfulness and other wellness interventions, but introducing neuroeducation, familiarizing people with how the brain works to understand how and why we develop stressful or unhelpful thinking patterns. With this understanding of our brains, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed and strength-based approaches, infusing light-heartedness and humor, I will partner with you to find solutions that allow you to live the life you really want.
